Update SonarQube naming and logo's

SonarQube has rebranded its names and logos (October 29, 2024), see https://www.sonarsource.com/brand-identity/
The cleanest logo seems to be the one on Docker Hub https://hub.docker.com/api/media/repos_logo/v1/library%2Fsonarqube
I'm not sure if we need to make a distinction between the SonarQube Server and Cloud editions.
Otherwise, there is also the option to use the Sonar (company) logo: https://avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/545988

This becomes the new logo as per version 10.8, also planned in ICTU/sonar#91

Let's go with the SonarQube Server logo. If we ever add SonarQube Cloud as a separate source (for example, so that users don't have to configure the URL) we can use the SonarQube Cloud logo for that.
