Missing Items in the SkyBlock Items Resource

As originally documented in #650, the SkyBlock Items Resource is currently missing over 400 items from its entries.
With some of these items (Trophy Fish, Dyes, and a Few others), there doesn't appear to be a reason as to why they are hidden, given how they are not secret whatsoever.
For others (Rift Timecharms, Fire Sale Skins, Hunt Items, etc), I can see a reasoning behind why they could be hidden from the API, but there is also an equally large reason to have them included.

Given that the API's sole purpose is to list all of the items in SkyBlock, it would be much better for the playerbase if these missing items would be reinstated. Additionally, I don't see a reason to hide publicly known items from the API if official sources such as the SkyBlock Wiki also discuss them, and therefore eliminate any secrecy.
