Refactoring sapconf parameter settings together with SAP Linux Lab. (fate#324491).
Update the sapconf man page and associated man pages to reflect all these changes
These changes will fix bsc#1070494, bsc#1070495, bsc#1070496, bsc#1070503, bsc#1070506, bsc#1070508, bsc#1070390, bsc#1026862 and bsc#1070386
Check, if pagecache limit is available at the system. If yes, set pagecache limit according the settings in /etc/sysconfig/sapconf.
If not, log a message to the log file.
