Calling mgraph.py on any data results in the following two warnings:
pandas warning
/usr/local/lib/python3.6/site-packages/pandas/core/frame.py:6211: FutureWarning: Sorting because non-concatenation axis is not aligned. A future version of pandas will change to not sort by default.
To accept the future behavior, pass 'sort=False'.
To retain the current behavior and silence the warning, pass 'sort=True'.
sort=sort)
matplotlib warning
/usr/local/lib/python3.6/site-packages/matplotlib/cbook/deprecation.py:107: MatplotlibDeprecationWarning: Adding an axes using the same arguments as a previous axes currently reuses the earlier instance. In a future version, a new instance will always be created and returned. Meanwhile, this warning can be suppressed, and the future behavior ensured, by passing a unique label to each axes instance.

The pandas warning is apparently caused by calling of

, which I could not find inmgraph.py
