Issue No: #548
Description
When users input an incorrect email format during review form submission, the system fails to provide any error message indicating the issue. This lack of feedback leaves users confused about why their submission attempts are unsuccessful, leading to frustration and potentially resulting in abandonment of the review process. Now after fixing the issue user will be notified with success and error messages respectively.
