I like the API and the features that croner provides. I am interested in using croner as a setTimeout/setInterval wrapper with overrun protection and error handling. Is it possible to use it like that? (just to pass an argument as millisecond number instead of cron string) Is there an overhead on the performance? I'm intersting in running multiple concurrent tasks with 5-10ms delay between re-runs (or even 1 ms in some cases)
