I haven't been able to successfully post anything to Kanka using the Calendar endpoint using Postman.

Calendar support will be delayed until I can figure out why the server is not accepting my requests.

Still cannot figure out the problem with Calendars. Similar behavior to what's happening in issue #16.

Pushing this service to after the initial v1.0.0 release.
