Is there a simple setting that we could make in CSS to switch footnotes from rendering as page notes, and switching them to render as end of chapter - footnotes. And while I'm thinking about it would there be a third setting where they appear all at the back - if there was a back of book setting, I could imagine that would then need chapter name divisions to help the reader navigate them, I could of course here find exmaples of all three styles if it helps as a reference.
