I'm running into this error (see attached pic). This happens whenever I try to install OS after SPV3, even when I right-click an Run as Administrator. How can I get past this issue?

I don't have enough information to find the cause of the issue.

I'll have to find every single line of code that is supposed to catch that exception and redirect it to a new text box that can show more info.
