This PR successfully return page views only to the plausible instance. Further work would be needed to capture user interaction with the interface. With that then we can count:

Related to #414 this PR add plausible to explore.cioos.ca. The views will cumulated within:
The explore.cioos.ca has also the the outbound-link script and hash scripts. The latest may give the abiiity to track users views on the page and the different filters used which are affecting the url.
