Secure Access 1.0.1

Secure Access 1.0.1 has been released.

Features Implemented:

• Access to authorized personnel only.
• Annoy kids away by disrupting their mouse/keyboard commands.
• Lockout access to crucial files/folders
• Include the ability to add a new user to the authorized personnel from CLI.

  Usage: core.exe -nu "new-user-name"

• Only perform recognition of newly detected face ( Closes #6 )
