LSPD server very delayed.

In my server, my friend and I do not lag at all. One problem we have is our characters are very delayed. I will walk up to him ingame, but he wont see me for another few minutes... Thanks ahead of time.

How can you friend join. Every time I try to join my friend it says failed to establish connection with remote host.
