Thanks for re-opening this and thank you for the apology. Tweets like this: https://twitter.com/__boot_jackal__/status/1692551328042557927 however are concerning. Open source software is not a "race" or anything to brag about. Fixes and enhancements should be celebrated and not ridiculed. If you have further issues please feel free to open bug reports on this repository. Thank you. |

Thank you for responding. I do believe there is a misunderstanding as far as that tweet. I did not state this because I was bragging or "racing" to get something done. The tweet thread was never meant to brag about anything; I was defending the fact why the fork did not include any of the fixes that you have provided because I implemented the File IO differently from yours. I had to state which versions had issues and where you have provided fixes for, which I am happy that you were able to address the issues! As stated in the Discord thread (https://discord.com/channels/402159838827905024/1133029166720237568/1134546719288344597), I released the fork version because I and the community were unsure when you were going to release the file extensions at that time, and I did not want to wait any longer. I am not racing with you; I just want to provide the community with something as much as you do. Please assume my best intentions as I assume yours. Again, we both have good intentions. |

Hello. You may know me very well as the guy who opened up many issues and have headbutted with on two PRs. I wanted to apologize for the heated discussion on #27 and my choice of words. The unhelpful feedback on the code review really got to me, but I really should have been better than that; I could have replied with something different. Again, I apologize. I am not that type of person that you saw in #27, and I hope that we can make amends.
