Platesolving enhancements
Various fixes and enhancements for Platesolving module:
- Telescope GOTO implementation with platesolving for maximum accuracy.
- SIMBAD query: find targets using SIMBAD online service (only if AstroPhoto Plus is connected through the Internet).
- Abort: allow to stop platesolving prematurely.
- Fix camera continuous shooting broken.
More minor UI fixes and enhancements.
