This is a PR to avoid too many changes in a single PR.
This moves the Setting Table into XDA, so we no longer need a sepperate Database for OpenSEE.
In Addition I added a Error Icon if the Server returns an error when loading the data.
Finally I removed the JS files and an automated npm build as preBuild event to match what we are doing everywhere else
