Base Level App Exists and Can Be Deployed in Production and Test Env: Improvements?

Attached is a screenshot of a you can do using this app. You will most likely need some authentication in the form of environmental variable that you currently do not have access to. Just hit me up when you get around to it and I will give you that info.

@scottcoughlin2014 could you create a setuptools setup.py file so I can run pip install gravityspytools to get all of the right packages and versions as well as python version? The docs on this is here: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/2.0/intro/reusable-apps/

You don't have to publish to pip, but having the file to do version management is pretty important for maintainability.
