High Ping on Bedrock

Describe the bug

Hello,
I have the problem that there is an very high ping on Bedrock for Switch and Xbox. I didn´t testet it on playstation but also on Pc where it is also higher then on Java (I testet Java and Bedrock for Pc on the same Pc). It is that high that the players glitch out and the positions are not changet but at this players it is normel but they also dont load chunks. In the Java edition there is no high ping. I dont know what ths is causing but on Java i don´t have an higher ping then two. The Server is providet by myself on an Pc. I know that the Problem is only caused on the newest version.

To Reproduce

You can´t recreate if you don´t have an own Server

Expected behaviour

I expected it to have the same Ping or somthing that shouldn´t cause any issues

Please provide a spark dump.

Spark is a plugin/mod that helps you monitor performance for you server.

To record performance on your server use:
/spark profiler --thread * --timeout 60. This will run for 60 seconds then it will automatically stop.
It'll probably lag the server a good deal but it'll give us a link we might be able to process.
