ENH: Chance to exclude determined countries from Growth advantages tool

I think that this was already proposed in the past but now when sequencing intensity went down and more than half recent sequences are from Canada the ability to exclude a determined list of countries from the calculations for growth advantages and comparisons could be more helpful.
