This one fixes an easy to reproduce client crash. If it's not mergeable due to refactors let me know and I'll remake it as needed.

These ones fix accidentally making railcraft blocks unminable, test to make sure they're breakable (but probably not harvestable) by hand and that WAILA harvestability is accurate.

I went through all 676 (!!) PRs since 2.7.2 (as of 2025-02-13 00:36 UTC-6) and assessed them for 2.7.3. I've organized them into lists here, skipping over any already included in release/2.7.x branches.

Important Fixes, we should definitely take these:

NOTE: I skipped all quest changes because of a change in BQ requiring all quest files to be updated. In my opinion I would rather skip quest updates this release as a result, but if there is something very important we can include it. We can discuss this at some point before release day.

Maybe worth taking but are a bit higher risk, we should consider these carefully:
