Quests for the new steam multiblocks (#16803)

* Initial layout for new steam multis

* Add central checkbox quest & adjust quest positions

* Adjust quest name to match Steam tab

* Add rewards

* Add steam puns

* Add tasks & update quest req

* Move quests into GT++ Tab

* Adjust names since they are no longer in steam tab

* Add centrifuge desc

* Update layout

* Add Steam forge items & adjust glue quest for steam centri

* Add descrip for washer and some misc stuff

* Move info to central quest & more misc. stuff

* Forge hammer description

* Steam washer mode switch & Output hatch for centrifuge

* Fix washer oopsie

* Finishing touches
