The current ETOPO is either the bedrock version, or the colours are so that Antarctica looks like it is 'normal' land and not ice.
Is it possible to change this (either the version, or the colouring)? It looks strange seeing the green/browns on Antarctica

To change the Antarctica colour, we need to apply new colour map to the topography grid. Currently the colours were chosen according to the elevation values. To see a white Antarctica, I guess we need to something special for that region. maybe the Greenland also need the same trick .
