Helm chart for FusionAuth

⚠️ This release updates the default version of FusionAuth to 1.48.2. If you do not want to upgrade to this version of FusionAuth, make sure to set the image.tag value in the helm chart. You can set this in a custom values file, or by passing --set image.tag=1.42.0 to the helm install/upgrade command.
