GIANT API is a RESTful web API that allows programmatic access to GIANT computational services. The API currently covers:
- Tissue-specific functional gene networks for human
- Gene interactions for multiple organisms
- NetWAS analysis, which can reprioritize results of an existing GWAS by incorporating tissue-specific functional interactions
