It opens up normally (with godot's splash screen) SOMETIMES, but in the end it just closes itself. It's impossible to play for some reason.
It is the latest stable build, too.

That sounds like Mono is probably pooing itself. What OS are you on? Is a new file being created in the game's folder whenever this happens?

OS: Windows 10
No new folder or file is created.

Hmmm so Godot is not emitting a mono crash file. Can you try running it from a CMD or PowerShell prompt and screenshotting what it spits out?

This might be fixed with the updated Godot used in the latest (and last) stable release 0.1.7 which is now available on Itch
