Should we create a follow-up task to allow provisioned devices to connect to application as well?

I'm not sure if this is already possible - @Steve-Mcl?
If not, then yes.

added #5152 as a follow up to update remaining device references to Remote Instances. |
The only outstanding (breaking) test is from a website document, which we can't fix in this PR. So, we can go ahead with the merge, and then fix up the blog file ina. website PR as a follow up. |
Description
After a chat with @gstout52 and a walkthrough of some content created about the Free Tier and onboarding Remote Instances, we agreed to do a sweep of the Device Agent documentation.
This updates Device > Remote Instance where appropriate, as well as re-organising a lof ot he initial instructions to make it clearer for new users onboarding.
