Crash error. "Error: It is not possible to decrease a counter" closed in #5072, but not resolved. Unfortunately.

I created this issue just to report that, the instance as been updated to the latest vesion 2.14.1, and it was supposed to solve this issue #5072 , but it's still happening. Screenshots of error and corrent specs bellow.

@stytlus1234 can you please post the content of the file at this path c:\flowforge\node_modules\@flowfuse\nr-launcher\lib\resources\resourcePlugin.js.

Also c:\flowforge\node_modules\@flowfuse\nr-launcher\package.json .

The line number in the error implies that this is/was still running the old version

Also did you suspend/restart the instance after doing the upgrade?

The instance was suspended during the update and restarted after. The Launcher version in the specs didnt change after i started it again, so i created a new stack and applied it, then number changed from 2.12.0 to 2.14.1. Tomarow i'am going to post the files requested by @hardillb i dont have access now.
