Finished first version of week 8. I implemented all of Judith's suggestion from the brainstorm word file. Stuart and I will have a meeting tomorrow to discuss.

This branch contains the first draft of the week 8 notebook. A lot of questions and answer options have to be added. Stuart will work on this on a new branch!
