Add edit mode

In order to update episodes after they were created through an external event, like a request from a third party app which will create a draft episode, a way to update existing data is needed.

The solution must be able to:

• Update Type, Symptoms, Triggers, Intensity and Duration
• Update override timestamp by providing an input field for published_at

What it shouldn't update:

• The id itself
• The public_id
• The created_at field
