Fix a buggy

• Mark the submissions as send again

Extension point added

• Added an extension point to update records in the CSV

Final pre-release

This contains some bugfixes compared to 0.5

• Will upgrade to 1.0 once usage in the wild has been done.

Initial RC

• Save Partial Userform submissions in the CMS
• Get an optional daily email with a CSV of the submissions
• Remove partial submissions on completion of form
