Minor update - Date fns-v2 in x-teaser & x-teaser-timeline

Minor update for the x-teaser and x-teaser-timeline components, to upgrade from date-fns v1 to date-fns v2. This is due to the poor bundle shaking in date-fns being partially responsible for bloated bundle sizes in end user facing applications.

This update shouldn't break anything, but please be mindful that date-fns v2 differs from v1 in how it handles dates. Prior to v2, it was acceptable to pass dates through as strings, whereas v2 only allows numbers / Date types. To make up for this, v2 offers a series of conversion methods to convert strings to dates and vice versa.
