Vladimir UI EE Patch Without IC
An alternative version of the patch without Immersive Cam anymore. This is for anyone wishing to use another camera mod like Absolute Camera or N'tak Camera.

A compromise has had to be made with the stash issue. I have removed the stash menu entirely from the interaction menu. It can now only be accessed through pressing P near Roach. I have not been able to fix the transition bug so this is the best compromise I can do
Due to the difficulty in reimplementing the weight indicator for Roach's stash there is now an notification that shows up whenever you enter the stash telling you your weight. You can also manually summon this notification through the console command hw

Removed some code in playerInput.ws that caused compilation errors
Changed icon paths so that all of EEs skill icons and mutation icons used Vlads design. This will result however in some icons being repeatedly used

Removed the "Required Level" indicator from the world map menu
Added a condition to prevent vlads broken and redundant meditation menu from appearing in the ring menu, also had to redesign the ring menu text to account for this. The menu will show however if you're meditating
