Description

Supervisor of a module has permission to open or close question/assignment
Closed questions cannot receive submission even if deadline has not passed but can still be seen.
Hidden questions cannot be seen or receive submission

Status

OPEN, CLOSED, HIDDEN

@okkhoy I am uncertain if the assignment should be the one with an open close or hidden status or the individual questions. Having it on both can result in inconsistency issues. For example, closed assignment, open questions. I feel that the deadline's should be enforced on a question level and hence open, close and hidden questions should be a part of the Question domain and not Assignment.
