I hear a lot of confusion on discord on whether or not ERP is allowed, so I just removed the rule for server's sake.

About the PR
I removed the NO ERP Rule
I deleted the text line saying "NO ERP" in rules and fixed all the numbers that it changed.

People were confused on discord.
