Support for editing various wsl.conf settings #9

Hi,

it would be great if there were options for setting parameters in /etc/wsl.conf, such as enabling systemd.

Let me know what you think.

Looks good to me, i will look into it and add a "WSL Settings" section for these kind of functions.
