Officially support Django 5.0 on PyPI #1093

Django 5.1 is supported on PyPI but Django 5.0 is not. Officially support Django 5.0 on PyPI.

We're trying to reduce the size of our testing matrix, we only run our tests against the latest Django version and the latest Django LTS.

Thus, we don't advertise support we don't test for.

Did you meet any issue with Django 5.0 and factory_boy?

@rbarrois It's common among most PyPI packages to support all supported versions of Django, which is currently Django 4.2, 5.0 and 5.1. I recommend you to reconsider this policy.
