- Gently open 3 springs on right side
- Remove trays carefully
- Put new trays in place
- Trays should be loaded left and forward!
- No need to load bracket in front
- Release springs on right side very gently. If not, chips will get knocked around, potentially resulting in bent pins
- Main file menu refers to configuration of chips and trays
- Click "Change Trays” at top
- Click each “New Tray” as appropriate, updating the tray number
- Click “Trays Done"
- Left click on first chip, right click on last
- Click “Mark as Good/Bad/Empty/Untested"
- Click “Chips Thru” in red box
- You can also change just one chip
- Main->Set Pointers
- IGood, IBad, IMargin, IMargin2 is location of where next Good/Bad/Margin/etc will go
- ITest is next chip to test
- When sorting, IGood IBad need to indicate position in Good/Bad trays. When testing only, robot puts parts as far front, left as possible; these pointers should be put to 0 for the testing case.
- Set ChipID to the last chip id tested. If starting from scratch, put 0. The first chip will have chip ID 1. For the second batch of 7 trays, you would put 1120, etc.
