Simplified 3D scanner/plotter. Working coordinates system, that detects holes and their coordinates. Created as a project for automatic cleaning of clogged cooler pipes in PVC production.
- Microcontroller: ESP32, programming in Arduino IDE. Using AccelStepper library.
- Sensor to edge of a hole: IR line follower sensor.
- Movement: NEMA16 and NEMA17 motors with GT2 belt pulleys and belt, controlled by A4988 motor drivers.
- Model: Aluminium frame with PLA printed parts
