Alphabetize Software links

Put Software sidebar links in alphabetical order to make it easier to locate features.

I'm kinda torn on the alphabetical ordering.
There are a few of those that being first in the list kinda doesn't make sense.
e.g. reordering User Defines and Obsolete Defines. I think these should go one after another.
Another is the Software Features, I was thinking the ordering is more to get the important bits first, like switch config, Serial Protocols, etc.. and the more niche features lower in the list..

but that's just my opinion on the matter.. ;)

I think there are few enough options for the Software category that having them in alphabetical order doesn't make the list seem prioritized, and there are enough options under Features that not having them alphabetized makes it difficult to quickly locate the feature you are looking for.
