Phase 1 of this project aims to familiarize with the data, create base models incorporating all features in the dataset, conduct feature importance on the variables impacting purchases, eliminate unimpactful features, and explore additional research questions for Phase 2.
Phase 2 is the crux of the project and focuses on predicting customer purchase behavior using machine learning models with an emphasis on feature importance; offering marketers a framework to integrate AI-driven decision-making into their operations.
