@cmungall @pbuttigieg if I can build a release locally, can I deploy one? Or are one of you planning one imminently?

@turbomam how are we doing on this? We can't search for these terms on the NMDC data portal until there is an envo release.

I went to the EnvO editor's meeting today but nobody showed up. (But to be fair, I didn't announce that I wanted to work on this.)

I'll reread the notes that @cmungall and Pier already left me and work through it with @cmungall over the next coupe of days.

I follwed https://github.com/EnvironmentOntology/envo/wiki/Making-a-release pretty closely but it seems like I should run./run.sh make release not ./run.sh make prepare_release

That went to completion.

There are 55 modified files in subsets/ and 69 in src/, in addition to release artifacts in the root of the project

@cmungall should I commit and push all of those (into my branch) and then ask you to review?
