Who is Concrete for?

Concrete is lightweight, minimal, front-end framework which makes building Shopify themes quick and easy. It can be used by theme creators of any skill level. However we recommend, if you are a complete newbie that you try out Timber first.

How can I contribute?

There are plenty of ways to contribute. By submitted issues, feature requests, documentation. Please feel free to submit a Pull Request. Please remember that Concrete is a framework for building themes and thus should be kept as lightweight as possible.

What's included?

Concrete has everything you need, but not everything you want. We have purposefully left out a lot of features so that you have the power to customise your theme in the tidiest way possible.

Templates

All the Liquid templates that you need to get your store up and running are included. Plus some additional templates which will help you get started with some of Concretes unique features.

Snippets

We have created a few basic snippets that will bring added power to your site.

Sections

Please note that sections may contain there own javascript, styles and schema.

SASS

We have limited the styling of Concrete as much as possible so that you can spend your time styling your site and not deleting our styles.

We have included helpful @mixins to make your workflow quicker.
