Task details

I have added a complete Klingon (tlh) translation for the frontend of the application. The translation covers all UI elements, including navigation, dashboard, search, settings, and error messages. The translation file follows the existing format and is named tlh.json.

Please review and merge the translation to support an additional language for users who prefer Klingon. Let me know if any changes are required!
