This is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and ElazzouziHassan (the "Author") regarding the use of the code and content (the "Work") provided in this repository.

1. Permissions

1.1 The User is granted the following permissions:

  • The right to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Work for personal, educational, or research purposes.
  • The right to contribute to the Work by submitting pull requests, provided the contributions are original and do not violate the rights of others.

2. Restrictions

2.1 The User is subject to the following restrictions:

  • The Work cannot be used for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or incorporating it into any commercial product or service.
  • The User must not claim ownership of the Work or represent it as their own.

3. Student Use

3.1 If the User is a student, they must:

  • Clearly cite and acknowledge the Author if the Work is used in any academic assignments or projects.
  • Assume full responsibility for the proper use of the Work in their academic work, including compliance with their institution's academic integrity policies.

4. Commercial Use Notice

4.1 If the User uses the Work for commercial purposes without permission, the Author reserves the right to:

  • Reclaim any and all revenue generated from the unauthorized commercial use of the Work.
  • Pursue legal action to enforce this agreement and protect the Author's rights.

5. Protection Against Misuse

5.1 The Author retains all rights to the Work and seeks to protect it from being stolen or misrepresented. If the Work is misused, the Author reserves the right to take legal action against the offending parties.

6. Contributions

6.1 Contributions to the Work are welcome under the following conditions:

  • Contributors grant the Author a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the contributions as part of the Work.
  • Contributors will be credited for their contributions in a manner deemed appropriate by the Author.

7. Indemnification

7.1 The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Author from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the User's use of the Work.

8. Termination

8.1 This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by the User of the terms of this License.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

9.1 The Work is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Author be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Work or the use or other dealings in the Work.

10. Severability

10.1 If any provision of this License is held to be unenforceable, this License shall be construed as if such provision were not included, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Amendments

11.1 The Author reserves the right to amend the terms of this License at any time. Amendments will be posted to this repository and will take effect immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law

12.1 This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Country or State, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the Work, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must not use the Work.
