…t account The string was previously changed but it's actually supposed to be dynamic based on if a user created a fio handle or not yet
We don't know for certain but the first transactions could be the handle creation. We can update the FIO names in redux instead

First FIO transaction (we're assuming it's the handle registration) wont trigger the backup modal but we should get the name into redux for when the modal is shown again
