Request for ARM Architecture Support

Description:
I would like to request support for compiling this project on ARM-based systems, particularly ARM64. Specifically, we want to use the compiled version on a Windows ARM virtual machine running on a MacBook with Apple Silicon.

Reason for Request:
We need to run Autodesk Desktop Connector, which relies on this project, in a Windows ARM environment. As Autodesk Desktop Connector is critical for our workflow, having an ARM-compatible build of this project would enable us to use it seamlessly on ARM-based virtual machines hosted on Apple Silicon devices.

Challenges:
If there are specific challenges in cross-compiling for ARM, I’d be happy to assist with testing the build on an ARM-based Windows VM and help address any potential issues.

Additional Context:
This project is essential for enabling Autodesk Desktop Connector on ARM, and expanding support to ARM would benefit users working with Apple Silicon Macs and other ARM-based devices.

Thank you for considering this request. Any insights or feedback you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
Aleksandar

I am supporting this request as my company uses Revit and we rely heavily on the Autodesk Desktop Connect. We mainly use our MacBook Pro M2's running Windows 11 ARM via Parallels.

I also support the request, we are also working with Macbook M2-M3 with Windows 11 ARM via Parallels Desktop.
Merci d'avance. Cordialement,
Louis Emery

Our colleagues rely on this. They are currently working on Intel Macs running Windows. Unfortunately, if any of these Macs break, we cannot replace them with M2 or M3 models because Autodesk Desktop Connector lacks support for ARM.
