Update regex to get coordinates

In empty-spaces.Rmd I added new coordinates from papers that have them and IRD (lines 107-112) and took a stab at the regex to grab them (lines 118 and 121), but didn't quite get there on line 118. Suggestions on updating the regex to get coordinates that look like the new ones I put in @SimonGoring ?

@jmarsicek I am updating the repo a bit to add a separate file for these specific regexes, and think we might want to actually move the examples to a new file, with an index of sentences. This would let us test them separately too.
