Issue with "HideEntryLineOnInstant" when changing to other trading modes #98

I'd just like to highlight if it helps, there's an issue on this MT5 feature.

This property is specific for Instant trades, but when the type changes to Limit/Stop/StopLimit it should be visible again, currently it's not.
