vpr_autoid_create() - improve documentation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
(1) the descriptions for the arguments "day", "hour", "basepath" should be consistent among functions in vprr
(2) There is no "Value" description in the documentation
(3) The description is not adequate - This function creates the "new autoid files" correct? - it does not modify the existing ones initially created after automated classification
(4) It seems redundant to have a section of "examples" for each argument when there are examples given in the description of each argument - I suggest removing the "examples" heading and content
