Currently it is not clear when text at the top of the page comes from different fields. Content should instead be prefixed with the name of the annotation property used

e.g. this has seperate entries from
IAO:definition
dcterms:description
rfds:comment:

I suppose there is actually no need to use the merged description property in the frontend anymore as the original properties should still be preserved in the v2 api.

(but the merged description is still very useful in the API)

this is causing confusion for Mondo users as well, as there is no delineation between the definition and the comment. For example:

The line starting with "Chest x-ray often..." is a comment.

Would it be possible to make this more clear, like:
Definition: A rare pulmonary complication of an underlying autoimmune disorder that is reported in association with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Reduced lung volumes result in restrictive ventilatory defect and a preserved carbon monoxide transfer coefficient.

Comment: Chest x-ray often shows small but clear lungs. It is mostly presented in combination with diaphragmatic elevation and occasional basal atelectasis.
