Guidance Toward Volume Profile Based EA

Hello,
I would like to use a volume profile indicator for short time frame (like 5 minutes).
From this, compute Low Volume Nodes (LVN) and High Volume Nodes (HVN) to find local support and resistance.
Then, I would like to define an Expert Advisor (EA) to open and close trades accordingly.
This is very close to what is described here
Can you please advise if making such an indicator would be possible, and then an EA based on it as well?
I am developer but I've never done MQL dev and don't know much about the architecture of your software, please advise.
